Kingston Limited Warranty Statement
Kingston Technology Company warrants that all products are free from defective material
and workmanship and, subject to the conditions set forth below, agrees to repair or
replace any part of a product that proves defective by reason of improper workmanship or
materials without charge for parts and labour.
If product does not perform as warranted herein, owner's sole remedy shall be repair or
replacement as provided below. In no event will Kingston be liable for damages, lost
revenue, lost wages, lost savings or any other incidental or consequential damages arising
from purchase, use or inability to use this product, even if Kingston has been advised of
the possibility of such damages.
No express or implied warranty is made for Kingston product damaged by accidents, misuse,
natural or personal disaster, or any authorised disassembly, repair or modification.
Kingston's warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective Kingston products.
Kingston Technology Company warrants that all solid state products are free from defects
in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below.
Kingston, will, at its options, either repair or replace any part of a product that proves
defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repair parts or replacement
product will be furnished by Kingston on an exchange basis, and will be either new or
refurbished by Kingston on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be
functionally equivalent to new.
This warranty applies only to the original end user purchaser and does not cover any
damage to a product which results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal
disaster, or any unauthorised disassembly, repair or modifications.
Duration of Warranty Lifetime Warranty: The following Kingston products are covered by this warranty
for life: solid state memory (e.g., memory modules and boards), networking adapters,
networking hubs without cooling fans (excluding the power supply), solid state PC Card
(PCMCIA) adapters, and microprocessor upgrade products.
Five Year Warranty: The following Kingston products are covered by this
warranty for a period of five years from the date of original retail purchase: the power
supply in networking hubs without cooling fans; Flash memory cards (e.g. CompactFlash, ATA
Flash, and Linear Flash); solid state PC Cards (PCMCIA) adapters, PC Card Readers and all
other Kingston products (other than those products covered by a three-year, two-year, or
one-year warranty.

Kingston provides free technical support. If you experience any difficulty during the
installation or subsequent use of a Kingston product, please contact the Technical Support

This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective Kingston products, as
provided above. Kingston is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs
associated with servicing and/or the installation of Kingston products.
