Details The Tandberg SLR2 offers Scalable Linear Recording with a 525Mb data storage capacity at transfer rates of up to 0.7Gb per hour. The Tandberg SLR2 is made for people who understand the vital importance of preserving data and information for their organization. The Tandberg SLR2 has read and write capability (with the correct cartridge) with previous SLR tape products (SLR2-SLR1 - it backwards reads and writes to QIC150 and QIC120) and provides migration capabilities to the 25/50Gb class. The Tandberg SLR2 drive utilizes highly proven linear recording technology, providing superior reliability (<1.% field returns) backed by a 2 year tape drive warranty. |
